It’s very quiet with no noticeable noise while heating, heats up quickly, and has had no leaks. It feels safe and well made, and the gooseneck spout makes it easy to control the water flow. It’s really good for the value and money, and I’m very happy with this purchase!

It’s so cute!! Matches my decor perfectly and very easy to use. Highly recommend. Only thing is somehow it scratched easily on the back side, I’m not sure with what.

Our kettle broke after 10 months of regular use. One day, the buttons just stopped responding. The lights and the screen would turn on but the buttons stopped working without any visible sign of damage. I contacted the vendor since it was within the 12 month warranty period and they sent me a new one right away. I'm hoping the old one was just a defective one and the this new one will last much longer. Overall, very pleased with this kettle and the customer service!

I had this kettle for 5 years, it had no branding printed on front of kettle and a clean esthetic. I love this kettle! MeCity must have purchased the rights to this model as its exact but a new brand name. It’s also more ivory, my last one was white.I love the footprint, the base, the kettle! All the features and the time it takes to heat is the best. I’m writing to share, I love the kettle but want an all white front without turning it backwards. I’m giving 5 stars for kettle review but 1 star for the name showing. Please!! Thank you.
